All deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction. Evobet VIP does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Evobet VIP reserves the right to freeze the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Evobet VIP. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 6 to 24 hours.

Important things to keep in mind for withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious activity

Make sure you understand the rules of the relevant sport before placing a bet on Evobet VIP. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; maximum limits vary by sport and market
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be void and your stake will be refunded
• If any match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as "1"
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Evobet VIP reserves the right to void that bet.

Any dispute regarding a betting result must be raised with support within 48 hours. The decision made by Evobet VIP will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Evobet VIP and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or misusing the referral program
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Using automated betting software or bots
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to breach the site's security systems
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users

Evobet VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Engaging in Prohibited Activities
• Registering with false information
• Failure to verify age
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded once all verifications are complete. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
